Assistant Clinical Director- ACT Tream
Location: Mt. Vernon, NY
Hours: M-F (35 hours weekly)
Salary: $90,000
Pay to Stay Bonus: $7,500

ACT is an evidence-based, community-based model that provides comprehensive behavioral health services to adults living with serious mental illness. Our multidisciplinary team meets individuals where they are—in their homes and throughout the community—to promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.
As the Assistant Program Director, you'll partner with the ACT Director to provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, maintain a small caseload, and help ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do
Support the daily operations of the ACT program.
Supervise staff and interns while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Provide direct community-based services to a small caseload.
Ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
Lead team meetings and clinical operations in the Director's absence.
Participate in the on-call rotation and provide crisis support.
Qualifications
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required.
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness.
