Journeyworker Residential HVAC Installer

 Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties of the role include:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC including furnaces, central air conditioners, air cleaners, humidifiers, duct work, etc. Delivering and/or installing appliances when neccessary.


• Provide a high level of customer care striving for full satsfaction while following all company’s policies, procedures, and rules, exhibiting the company's core values.
  
  
  


• Provide direct supervision and oversight of Apprentice HVAC when assigned to work together.
  
  
  


• Complete and keep accurate records including work completed, time spent, inventory, etc.
  
  
  


• Prepare, present, and sell accurate quotations and cost estimates.


• Practice, embrace and ensure all safety practices, procedures and rules are followed maintaining a clean and organized work site, including the customers home and your work vehicle.
